Using the Cap-M-Quik

Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler Size '0'

The Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler is a manual capsule filling device which is easy to use. Use the Cap-m-Quik Capsule Filler to save time when you want to fill more than a few capsules. Anyone who's ever tried filling there own capsules one at a time by hand knows how difficult, messy and time consuming it is. The Cap-m-quick capsule filler is quick neat and easy!

Assemble

Before starting, place the Cap-M-Quik Capsule filler on a large sheet of paper. Place spacers on end posts facing the centre. Set holder on the four corner posts resting on the spacers above the Cap-m-quik capsule filler base.

Load

Manually separate the empty capsules, placing the longer half in the holes of the Cap-M-Quik capsule filler. Top of holes should be below the surface of the holder Repeat this process until all the holes in the Cap-m-Quik capsule filler are filled.

Fill

Pour powdered herbs or vitamins onto holder spreading powder evenly with the handy Cap-M-Quik spreader card.

The Cap-M-Quik tamper tool may be used at this point to compress more powder down into the empty capsules.(Please note we include the the tamper as standard in our kit. Without it a fill rate of less than 50% will be achieved thus requiring more capsules) Scrape off any excess powder

Cap

Turn the end spacers 90 degrees. Holder will fall down exposing the upper half of the filled capsules. Manually replace top capsules cap and remove the filled capsules from the Cap-m-Quik capsule filler. High Quality vegetable source empty vegetarian capsules. Approved by the Vegetarian Society.

These empty vegetarian capsules are suitable for filling with any dry powders: such as Vitamin C, Mineral powders, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and herbs and herbal powders such as St. John's Wort, Echinacea, etc.
